What It Shows
The Mindshare Arena is the primary discovery interface in Repute AI. It presents a live, structural ranking of Telegram channels ordered by composite REP score — not by follower count, not by volume, but by verified structural quality.
The Arena shows what is actually happening in the Telegram ecosystem versus what merely appears to be happening.

Rankings
The main view: channels ordered by REP score (descending). Each entry shows:
- Channel name and category
- REP score and tier
- AVI (current velocity direction: ↑ accelerating / → stable / ↓ decelerating)
- SIS integrity badge
- 7-day REP delta
Gainers / Losers
Channels with the largest positive or negative REP movement in the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Gainers: Channels with accelerating AVI, improving SIS, or increasing creator overlap
- Losers: Channels with decelerating AVI, SIS deterioration, or rising TRI
This view identifies structural momentum before it becomes broadly visible.
Velocity Heatmap
A visual representation of AVI values across the ecosystem. Channels are plotted by category/ecosystem with color intensity representing velocity:
- Bright cyan: High positive velocity
- Neutral: Stable, no significant change
- Dark: Decelerating or negative velocity
The heatmap reveals ecosystem-level rotation patterns — which narratives are accelerating versus which have peaked.
Signal Strength
A composite view showing channels where multiple model scores are simultaneously strong — high AVI + high SIS + high NSM. These are the highest-confidence structural readings.

Filtering the Arena

| Tier | Show only channels at Explorer / Analyst / Structural Analyst / Intelligence Contributor REP ranges |
| SIS threshold | Only show channels with SIS above a minimum value |
| AVI direction | Only show accelerating channels |
Advanced filters (SIS threshold, AVI direction, full model score breakdowns) are available at Analyst tier (REP_effective ≥ 100) and above.
