Intelligence ModelsSIS — Structural Integrity Score

SIS — Structural Integrity Score

What It Measures

SIS measures the authenticity of a Telegram community — whether its structure (member base, engagement patterns, growth trajectory) reflects genuine organic activity or is artificially constructed.

SIS answers the question: Is this community real?

Output range: [0, 100]

Formula

SIS = αO + βD + γC − δA

Variable Definitions

VariableDefinition
OOrganic growth ratio — proportion of growth attributable to non-spike, non-coordinated join events
DEngagement depth — ratio of substantive interactions (replies, thread participation) to surface interactions (emoji, views)
CCreator overlap — number of distinct creators in overlapping narrative clusters who also engage with this community
AAnomaly score — detected anomalies including symmetrical join spikes, engagement asymmetry, bot-pattern markers

Weighting Coefficients

CoefficientWeight (approximate)Rationale
α0.35Organic growth is the primary integrity signal
β0.30Engagement depth is the strongest anti-bot signal
γ0.20Creator overlap confirms narrative legitimacy
δ0.15Anomaly penalty, inverted contribution

Exact coefficient values are not disclosed. The above weights are representative approximations to prevent direct optimization gaming.

Interpretation Guide

SIS RangeInterpretation
> 70Structurally sound. Community demonstrates consistent organic behavior across all four dimensions.
30–70Moderate integrity. Some organic signal present but mixed with synthetic elements. Requires further analysis.
< 30Structurally fragile. High anomaly score or very low engagement depth. High probability of artificial construction.

What Lifts SIS

  • Consistent, asymmetric join growth over weeks (not spikes)
  • High reply-to-view ratios on content posts
  • Multiple independent creators referencing the community
  • Low join/leave churn rate
  • Organic engagement spread across message types (not just pinned posts)

What Destroys SIS

  • Symmetrical join spikes (strongest single negative signal)
  • View counts dramatically exceeding reply counts (engagement asymmetry)
  • No creator cross-reference (narrative isolation)
  • Sudden large drops in member count followed by rapid recovery (bot churn pattern)
  • Engagement concentrated exclusively on promotional content
⚠️

SIS below 30 is a structural red flag regardless of AVI. A community with high velocity and low integrity is likely in a coordinated pump cycle.

Role in REP

SIS is the highest-weighted single input in REP composition. A low SIS score significantly suppresses REP regardless of other model outputs. This design choice reflects the protocol’s core thesis: authenticity is the primary dimension of credibility.
